张军华

  张军华,男,1977年2月生,湖北京山人。博士,教授,博士生导师,高层次人才工作办公室副主任。2002年毕业于西南林业大学木材科学与技术专业并获工学硕士学位;2005年毕业于南京林业大学林产化学加工工程专业并获工学博士学位。2009年至2011年在芬兰赫尔辛基大学从事博士后研究,2012年4月至6月在东芬兰大学和荷兰瓦赫宁根大学作访问学者。2008年12月晋升为副教授,2012年12月破格晋升为教授。

  现为全国林化产品标准化技术委员会委员,中国能源学会专家委员会委员,陕西省林学会理事,国家自然科学基金函评专家,国家公派高级研究学者/访问学者(含博士后)项目通讯评审专家,国家留学基金委出国留学评审专家。是Bioresource Technology,Biotechnology for Biofuels,Biomass and Bioenergy,Fuel等近20个国际期刊的受邀审稿人。先后入选陕西省“青年科技新星”、陕西省“中青年科技创新领军人才”、教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。

  主要研究方向

  围绕生物质资源高值化利用开展相关研究工作,主要研究方向包括:

  (1)植物纤维资源化学;

  (2)植物细胞壁多糖的高效酶水解;

  (3)生物炼制高值化学品;

  (4)生物能源转化。

  人才培养

  (1)先后承担林学院林产化工专业本科生《化工原理》、《生物化工工艺学(双语)》、《林产化工导论》、《新生研讨课》和研究生《林业工程进展》、《林产资源生物化学加工》等课程的教学工作。

  (2)先后主持《西北农林科技大学本科双语课程建设<生物化工工艺学>》、《西北农林科技大学本科优质课程建设<化工原理>》、《西北农林科技大学本科生全英文授课课程建设<植物纤维化学>》等教改项目3项。参与《林产化工专业实践教学体系改革与实践》、《<化工原理>校级精品课程建设项目》等教改项目4项。

  主要学术成果

  先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,国家重点研发项目子课题1项,其它省部级科研项目5项。累计发表学术论文60篇,其中SCI论文46篇,中科院大类一区SCI论文24篇。

  长期从事农林剩余物生物降解与转化方面的研究工作,主要成果包括:(1)阐明了半纤维素和木质素抑制纤维素酶水解的机制,提出了缓解抑制作用的措施;(2)解决了水解过程中酶活性损失多、酶回收困难的问题;(3)掌握了低聚木糖制备和纯化的关键技术,阐明了低聚木糖的益生元活性。上述研究为农林剩余物制备生物能源、功能性低聚糖和其它高值化学品奠定了坚实的基础。主要成果发表在本领域国际顶级刊物,包括《Bioresource Technology》(影响因子5.7)、《ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering》(影响因子5.9)、《Biotechnology for Biofules》(影响因子5.2)等。
